World Light Funding Scam

World Light Funding is NOT a Scam.

This forum post was written in defense of the World Light Funding Scam accusation on a popular forum. The author is Ted Gunderson. Ted is a retired FBI Agent and is also a member of World Light Funding.

Ted writes,

Ladies & Gentlemen,

I want to tell you plainly that World Light is not "a scam."

I state this based on my personal knowledge of Federal Trade Commission (FTC) legal guidelines concerning Network Marketing/MLM companies.

As an internationally re-noun private criminal investigator and former FBI Division Chief, I speak from my professional knowledge of the law.

World Light Funding Scam "Allegation"

I will not participate in---nor associate myself with any enterprise which I believe is not legal. The individual who alleges World Light to be a scam is---evidently---basing his claim on an unfounded presumption; therefore, I challenge him to provide this forum with specific, articulated facts supporting his claim.

Certainly, if he knows something I do not about World Light Funding, I would like to ascertain the facts he relied upon to make his allegation; especially since his allegation would likely surprise Bob Silver, the MLM-experienced attorney who is responsible for handling all requisite details to ensure World Light Funding is LEGAL!!!

I would not be surprised if this "scam"-accuser believes Amway, Watkins, Herbalife, Shaklee, Avon , etc. to be scams, as well. Amway won their case in court when the government alleged its business to be a scam and pyramid!

It may surprise you folks to know that more millionaires have been created in the MLM industry than any other, including real estate. Tens of thousands of Americans have become wealthy in the MLM industry. Network Marketing is taught at Harvard Business School and other universities around the world.

Perhaps the gentleman "accuser" means that only World Light is "a scam" (and not all MLM businesses)! Well, I'm calling on you to show your cards. Sincerely, I want to know how I may be involved in something you, Sir, deem illegal.

World Light Funding Scam "Proof"

Let's see your proof and/or legal arguments that I may rebut them since you have directly challenged a company which I---unlike you, evidently---have well investigated (and please remember, I have been a licensed private investigator for nearly 30 years---not to fail to mention my 27 years as a Special Agent in the FBI.

You started this thing, Sir. Now lets openly debate it in this forum and LET THE PEOPLE BE THE JUDGE AND JURY. Meanwhile, google search: "FTC guidelines for legal MLM business") so that you can educate yourself about the MLM industry rather than relying on the "presumption" made by an individual who has not personally investigated World Light....or...who erroneously believes all MLMs are scams.

You can start here:

http://www.mlmlegal.com/FTC%20Business%20Opportunity%20Rule/Babener%20Response.html

I believe Attorney Bob Silver would like to review your proofs and legal arguments as to exactly how you came to conclude that World Light is a scam.

Inquiring minds want to know...I want to know and Bob Silver and the 3,000 individuals who have already joined World Light Funding in its pre-launch want to know. It's your move, Sir.

Sincerely,

Ted Gunderson
FBI Division Chief (ret..)
