Prepare Leads for Pimex

1. Go to your Oppseeker account to prepare your leads for Pimex.

2. Login with the ID# they gave you and the password you chose when you opened your account.

3. If your order is filled you will see Click on View/Download your leads Click here.

Important: Your File Will Be Downloaded in a Zip File Format. You Must Have Unzip Software to Download and View These Files. Most of you probably have Unzip software but if not, you can download free Unzip software at: http://download.oldversion.com/winzip80.exe

5. Right-click your mouse on the "Download Leads" link and select Save Target as.

6. Save the file somewhere on your computer. It’s a good idea to create a folder on your “desktop” or in “my documents” and save it in there.

7. Now go to the folder on your computer where you saved your file and click on the file name to unzip it.

8. When Unzipped, the file format is a comma separate (csv) saved as a text file.

9. Click on the file to open it and save the leads to your computer and name the file something you will remember like: Opp-Seeker-leads1

10. Now open Microsoft Excel by going to your start menu on your computer and clicking on Microsoft Office and then Microsoft Excel.

11. Go to the Data tab along the top and click on Import External Data.

12. Then click on Import Data

13. Select Data Source

14. A window (box) will pop up where you will look for your oppseeker lead’s file.

15. Click on the oppseeker file when you’ve found it.

16. Then click open

17. Click next

18. Then click in the circle where it says Delimiters

19. Click next

20. Import Wizard will pop up. (Steps 1 of 3)

21. Click on Comma

22. Click next (then everything will show columns)

23. Click next

24. click finish

25. Your leads will be in the Excel file in the separate columns.

26. Save file as opp-seeker-leads1 in your P2W folder

27. Highlight and Copy first two columns down to 200 (Column A should be email address and Column be should be first name.

Note If you want to upload all of your 5,000 leads at once, you can upgrade your Pimex system for around $35.

28. Now...open up a notepad document and paste what you have copied. (Repeat this process for each lot of 200)

29. Save each lot of 200 as something you will remember(like 200a, 200b)

30. Go to your Pimex system.

31. Click on Import

32. Find your saved notepad leads (example 200a) and click open.

33. 200 Leads should show up in your Pimex.

34. Click send next batch.

35. Repeat process for next batch and so on.
