Home based Business?

My wife and I are having things very difficult right now. I was layed off a year ago from my job and have been unable to find other employment.

I have been working at creating a home based business for the last year, but feel I lack the business planning to do so.

Pray for me to know if it is God's will to work at home.

Hi Greg,

I'm sorry to hear about your lay off although sometimes a set back like that can be a blessing in disguise. Sometimes people find a better job and many times others start a home based business like you have done.

My husband and I will certainly add you to our prayers to know if this is God's will for you or not like you ask.

I heard a very good quote today that says, "A goal
without a plan is just a wish."

It's important that you have a plan for moving forward with your business and know the steps that will get you to where you want to be.

It's very difficult to start a business and be in profit right away so as to be able to support yourself with it. It might be better if you found a job that you could take temporarily while you build your business.

Even a job that you don't like is better than no job at all. At least it puts food on the table and because you are building a business, you know that you will not have to stay at the job forever, which makes it a whole lot easier to go off to work.
